Vinaya brings with him more than 20 years of experience of working in various fields and sectors in India. He has worked with MNCs, Start-ups and NGO before he discovered his own innate talents and traits through psychometric assessments! It answered the pertinent question to him about why he felt a void even after doing very well in his jobs! This is when Vinaya hung up his corporate boots and started his own venture - The Predictive Strategy Group (TPSG) to spread this amazing knowhow with others.
Vinaya is an Industrial Engineer from Thapar University - Patiala and MBA from SIBM-Pune. He is a Certified PI Behavioural Trainer. Vinaya is a certified EQ assessor and trainer. He is also a certified ICF Life Coach. Combining all these skills, Vinaya has trained more than a thousand HR Heads, CXOs and high performers in application of behavioral & emotional science in organizations. Vinaya does deep consulting with companies to deconstruct workplace behaviors, design winning teams and build happy workplaces using advanced science of psychometrics.

Eva brings an experience of working with both the corporate and academic world. She is an M.Tech in Software from Thapar Institute, Patiala. Eva is a trained PI behavioural analyst and currently helps organizations in decoding human behaviours for better productivity and to reduce attrition. Eva leads the business development function at TPSG..
Eva's passion lies in working with people to help them discover their core competencies and talent so as to choose the right career and job role based on that. And why is she so passionate about it? Because Eva herself has been a victim of making wrong career choices both at graduation and post-graduation level. She took a decade to understand her talent and then align her career with it. This drives her to work with both individuals and organizations to create the right alignment between then.
